Induction program is arranged to make the newly joined employees introduced to different aspects of the organization as a part of socialization process.
In this induction program of BSRM, 10 employees from different units and departments joined together to get an overall idea about the policies, people, and processes of BSRM Group of Companies over the period of 4 days. Day long sessions and plant visit were the major part of this program.
