The Perfectionist Syndrome – It Will Ruin Your Life

Did You Notice?

Every single day you have one single topic that moves around your head? I guess, you do.

Today one thing is just roaming around my head. Sometimes, I become a person who even thinks of symmetry of the pieces while cutting a simple Apple. When something unorganized happens in our life, it’s very typical that we can be a little upset.

The metaphor is not good enough though. You think, it’s a little weird, right? But what I was thinking is that we all always try everything to be organized in our life which is a BIG DAMN mistake.

One of the best influencers of my life, Mr. Rahul Datta (LICT Trainer, 2016) told me once, “Sanjidul, don’t try to be a perfectionist always. I know you do, but this attitude will ruin you someday.” He is a much experienced person and I do understand his words now. I mean, very well.

Do you know what I understood over these days/months/years? We don’t have the full control of the things happen in our lives. Things happen according to defined destiny and we are just here to show a positive attitude about whatever happens around us.

One of the biggest lessons learned in my life is that now I let things go. I understand that it’s not in my hand and I accept as the facts come now.

Too Much Of Philosophical Thoughts?

People feel like I have experienced so many worst things in life at this very short time and I am so damn devastated. People also suggest me not to be sad and not to show it to someone else by any means. Because some people are happy because I am sad and nobody cannot help me on this until I help myself.

Sometimes, we all feel that life is too hard to lead and it’s really not a bed of roses. We don’t know why on earth bad things happen around people who never had any bad intention. The earth always give to the people who are selfish and unreasonable bravo. Somewhat of this sort, right? But these are just part of life.

We can divert our conversation on something more important.

If you have really noticed and observed, humans are such a being who can be so depressed instantly because of an event happened to them in the moment of great happiness. And, in the contrary, they can also be so happy instantly because of an event happened to them in the moment of great depression. It happens many times in our lives, right? We are celebrating moments and suddenly bolt on the blue. It’s so common. So, we cannot exactly tell to lives that what is stored for us while opening the box of chocolate.

In the moment, life is just a marathon race. It doesn’t matter how FAST or how SLOW you go. It doesn’t matter who you race with or when you will reach the finishing line. The only thing that matters is that you just have to keep going and reach the finishing line when it’s YOUR TIME. You just have to wait.

At the very end, life is really beautiful. Truly.
